Mandevilla Jade Red Flower Plants

A bold and striking tropical climber which flowers prolifically all summer long, with large bright red trumpet-shaped blooms and attractive glossy leaves. The Tropica series of Mandevillas has been specially bred for container growing and will bring an exotic glamour to the garden. After a summer outdoors on a sunny sheltered patio, they can be brought into the house to overwinter in a reliably warm conservatory or well lit room. These versatile plants can either be grown trailing from baskets, trained up a small trellis or occasionally pruned to remain rounded, compact and bushy. Plants are heat and drought tolerant and their blooming is not affected by day-length so they can potentially flower all year round! Hardy outdoors to around 10°C (50°F).
