Echinacea Mellow Yellows
Large, daisy-like flowers in unusual cream, lemon and deep yellow shades that can bloom from the first year onwards. Loved by bees and butterflies and brilliant for cutting.

Early/Late Flowering:
Indoor growing instructions In trays of moist compost. Sow thinly and cover with a fine layer of compost. Firm gently, keep moist and cover with glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at approx. 15-20°C. Germination takes 14-28 days. Remove cover when seedlings appear and transplant 5cm apart in trays. Acclimatise plants to outdoor temperatures from late May before transplanting 30cm apart in final flowering position. Flowers June to September, early sowings will flower the same year.
Tip Mature plants can be divided in autumn or spring.
