Indoor growing instructions In trays of seed compost. Sow thinly and cover with a fine layer of compost. Firm gently, keep moist and cover tray with glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at approx. 15-20°C. Germination takes 14-28 days. Remove cover when seedlings appear and when large enough, transplant singly into 7.5cm pots. Acclimatise plants to outdoor temperatures from late May and transplant 30cm apart in flowering position. Keep moist and weed free.
Tip Deadhead regularly to prolong flowering. To overwinter plants, lift tubers in autumn to replant in spring.
