Opening from green buds, the large, creamy white flowers (hyacinth-like in appearance) are displayed on strong and upright stems from midsummer and will be in bloom for several months. The flowers take on an attractive pink hue as they age. Use as a stand-alone specimen in the ground or in a large container and brilliant for creating a relaxed and informal hedge. Grow in rich, moisture retentive soil.
