However, we are only human and very occasionally things do go wrong, but please rest assured, we will always do our very best to put things right. Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly send replacements or refund the purchase price upon request.

UK postage

P&P is applied relating to the type of product that you order. This will be detailed on your order before it goes through to order processing.

International Orders

We cannot send items such as plants, potatoes, fruit, onions, sundries or other items out of the United Kingdom. There are NO exceptions to this policy due to restrictions imposed by agricultural bureaux.
